Terms and Conditions


1 – The Terms and Conditions list bellow regulate this service, presented through the website www.girlslovehats.com.

2 – Girls Love Hats may, at any time, alter, in whole or in part the Terms and Conditions herein.

3 – The User may not change the content of the Service or send messages that contain computer viruses or that can cause any other damages.

4 – The use of the website www.girlslovehats.com and the purchase of your products presumes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

5 – All information about price, products, specifications, promotional actions and commercial conditions presented on the website www.girlslovehats.com can be changed at any time by Girls Love Hats.


6 – To place an order on the website www.girlslovehats.com is necessary that the User has an e-mail account, and that their browser is set to accept cookies and pop- ups, which will allow the full use of all the features available on Girls Love Hats online store.

7 – The online purchase of products, chosen by User it must be placed in the shopping basket.

8 – Register the User’s personal data, which includes Delivery Address, Billing Address, Payment Method, telephone number and tax identification number (VAT). These data will be integrated into Girls Love Hats database according to our Privacy Policy.

9 – After completing the registration, the User has access to their personal account where they can manage the account settings, and previous orders.

10 – From the moment the User access their personal account, the User is subjected to these Terms and Conditions.

11 – Girls Love Hats will provide all the details of the purchase through the website www.girlslovehats.com on the User’s client area.

12 – Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator at the delivery address provided in the purchase process, as well as the corresponding detailed invoice.


13 – The prices shown in the online shop include VAT at the current rate at the time of purchase, but they do not include postage costs.

14 – The price of the product, the value of VAT and the postage costs are displayed before the final validation of the purchase.

15 – Any other costs resulting from shipping packages abroad, including customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer of the product.

Payment Methods

16 – The User can pay their purchases by the following methods:
Bank Transfer: The NIB is indicated in the purchasing process and the User will also receive an email with this information
Paypal: To use this method need not have a Paypal account
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or Maestro

17 – Girls Love Hats will not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User should not try to pay by any other means which are not included in the specified payment methods. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may occur.


18 – In mainland Portugal orders are usually delivered from 2 to 3 working days after the payment date. The same will follow through CTT (Correios de Portugal).

19 – In the Autonomous Regions, depending on the Islands, the delivery time may vary from 3 to 8 working days. The same will follow through CTT (Correios de Portugal).

20 – Deliveries to Europe and to the rest of the world vary according to the destination and the transportation time.

21 – Girls Love Hats is not responsible for any delays in delivery orders.

22 – Shipping costs are calculated by weight. When more units per basket more will be optimized the cost of shipping.

23 – In case of orders returned for incorrect address or unknown recipients Girls Love Hats will not be responsible for the costs of resending the order. The User should contact Girls Love Hats by sending an e-mail: cdesign.a@gmail.com and pay the shipping costs for the order to be sent again.

Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations

24 – The User may cancel the order by sending an e-mail: cdesign.a@gmail.com within 24 hours after the Girls Love Hats has received the order confirmation.

25 – The request for cancellation will only become effective when the order’s number and the User’s name is mentioned.

26 – If the order has been received within 24 hours and validated by e-mail, we will refund the amounts paid by the User in the order, using the same medium used to pay the order, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days.

27 – It is not possible to cancel or exchange orders that have been produced according to User’s specifications or manifestly personalized.

28 – Girls Love Hats does not offer exchanges. The User may change his order to another available on the website, and will be responsible for all costs related to the exchange.

29 – Girls Love Hats does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or damages occurring when sending the returned product.

30 – In the case of the ordered product is found to be defective in manufacturing, the User may choose to:
a) repair the product;
b) replace the product;

31 – As soon as the User finds a defect in the product, the User must communicate to us through the email: cdesign.a@gmail.com, sending supporting photographs.

32 – Once we receive your email, we’ll contact you to resolve the issue in a consensual way.

33 – Girls Love Hats will bear the costs of the returns, when the item is damaged, has a manufacturing defect or if there has been an error on the part of Girls Love Hats at the time of shipment. In the remaining situations, any return costs will be borne by the customer.

Security, Privacy and Personal Data Protection

34 – Girls Love Hats collects personal data from the User with the purpose of managing the User’s account, billing, providing information, according to the express authorization for this effect, making a commitment to privacy and security in processing and maintaining each user’s personal data in accordance with Law no. 67/98 of 26 October.

35 – The whole payment process, from the selection of the means of payment to the introduction of data inherent to the order’s payment process is duly protected by appropriate internet security tools.

Consumer Obligations

37 – The User undertakes to provide personal data and correct addresses.

38 – The User undertakes not to make any false or fraudulent orders.

39 – The ordering products must be made by users aged over 18 (eighteen) years (individuals under the age must have consent of their representatives).

40 – Girls Love Hats reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the User to carry out their periodic reading.
